Misrepresentation of identity or use of another person’s account is strictly prohibited.

6. Prohibited Activities

Users must not engage in activities that may harm the platform or other users, including:

• Unauthorized access or attempts to breach AlphaInvest systems.
• Money laundering, fraud, or illicit transfers of funds.
• Use of AlphaInvest’s name or assets for misleading or criminal purposes.
• Distribution of malware or participation in phishing activities.

7. Deposits, Withdrawals & Transactions

All deposits and withdrawals are subject to verification and compliance screening. AlphaInvest reserves the right to delay or reject transactions suspected of fraudulent intent or non-compliance with AML guidelines. Refunds or reversals are not guaranteed once transactions are confirmed on the blockchain or banking network.

8. International Restrictions

Access to AlphaInvest services may be restricted in jurisdictions where online trading or crypto-asset investments are not permitted. Users are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with local laws before accessing the platform.

These Terms are governed by international commercial laws applicable in the Company’s jurisdiction of incorporation. Any disputes arising shall be resolved under binding arbitration in accordance with international arbitration standards.
